Eligibility: Unmarried children (21+ years) of U.S. citizens

F2A - Spouses and Children of Permanent Residents

F2B - Unmarried Sons and Daughters of Permanent Residents
Eligibility: Unmarried children (21+ years) of green card holders

Immediate Relative Categories (No Wait)
IR1 - Spouse of U.S. Citizen (married 2+ years)
Eligibility: Married to U.S. citizen for 2 or more years at time of approval
Form: I-130
Wait Time: No quota - processes immediately after I-130 approval
Green Card: Permanent (10-year, no conditions)
CR1 - Spouse of U.S. Citizen (married less than 2 years)
Eligibility: Married to U.S. citizen for less than 2 years

DV Lottery
Eligibility: Random lottery for countries with low U.S. immigration rates

Annual Limit: 50,000 visas worldwide
