IR1 - Spouse of U.S. Citizen (married 2+ years)

Eligibility: Married to U.S. citizen for 2 or more years at time of approval

Wait Time: No quota - processes immediately after I-130 approval

Green Card: Permanent (10-year, no conditions)

Requirements: Master's degree or bachelor's + 5 years experience, or exceptional ability

Form: I-140 (requires labor certification PERM in most cases)

DV Lottery

Eligibility: Random lottery for countries with low U.S. immigration rates

Form: DS-260 (if selected)

Annual Limit: 50,000 visas worldwide
