EB-1: Priority Workers

Subcategories:

• EB-1A: Extraordinary ability (arts, sciences, education, business, athletics)

Form: I-140 (sometimes I-485 concurrent)

Form: I-140 (requires labor certification PERM in most cases)

NIW: National Interest Waiver available (no PERM needed)

EB-3: Skilled Workers, Professionals, Other Workers
